QUESTION; is it possible to be in the presence of Jesus and not know it. is it possible to be in the presence of Jesus and not know him?

I believe is and the above scripture proves this to be true the disciples were with Jesus for three and a half years, he was absent for three days and when he returned they knew him not.

The key here Is how do we know him, in the flesh or in the spirit. Do we know Jesus as God or do we see Jesus as the Son of God? Do we still know him as he was then in Galilea a son or is is it true that two thousand years later we realise that this man as like All men has not stayed a son but like us has become a father, the Father of us all.

Secondly, Is the waiting for Jesus to come a denial of his very presence as God with us? You’re having a revival, you exclaim the Lord is here, yet get up and preach a message on his coming very soon, may I ask what exactly do you believe? Is here here or is he not here?

Oh I know many would say well brother Paul we are waiting for Jesus to come physically in person, which brings me to my point, there is no difference between persons. The spirit and the body are one person where the spirit of the Lord is, Jesus is. Where the Lord is the spirit is, for the Lord is that Spirit. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of the Lord.

Secondly, since the Lord is that spirit then there is no difference between his physical presence and his abiding presence, for he is one. His abiding presence is far more real to us than the physical presence the disciples had because he switch us. He cannot leave us. The disciples knew him but he came and he went. That was because fo his physical limitations. No man can have a friend that sticks with them 24/7 yet Jesus was described as a friend that sticks closer than a brother.

In his omnipresence he is with us and with all of us. He is as much with TDJakes in Dallas Texas as he is with you in London England. Now that was not possible while he was here physically on earth for a man cannot be with everyone who believes in him at the same time daily let alone eternally, yet as the Lord God he can.

Lo I am with you. He is with us, everyone of us, everyone who reads those worlds, that’s who he is talking to. This is a greater revelation and reality of his presence

Some folks are waiting for him to come back as a physical person to the temple yet they fail to see that he will not go back to limiting himself just to a group of people, no matter how large or small that group of city or nation may be. He is God unlimited over all, and in us all. he is omnipresence in nature and God Emmanuel God with us by name. and both his nature and his name tell us he is  with us.

A temple cannot hold him and a church is too small for him, he is in us all, all that receive his Spirit. Have Jesus in them Christ in us the hope of Glory

Dispensationalism has destroyed these incredible truths. John Derby taught us that there is a dispensation of the father and another of the son and another of the spirit but dispensationalism is trinitarianism, it’s a false concept built of a false foundation. God my friend is one and it is therefore God’s time anytime. It is God’s time all the time. Jesus is God forever not for a season. God is God forever not just a season Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and forever

Many claim that the book of acts is about the dispensation of the Holy Ghost with us, this is not true for in acts we read, “and the “Lord” was working with them in mighty signs and wonders.” So there is no differentiations between his physical time with us and his abiding time with us.

One should be as conscious his ABIDING presence as the apostles were of his PHYSICAL presence in fact his abiding presence is all the more real to us for it makes Jesus with us, all of us simultaneously and immediately.

Back to the text. The Jews wondered who he was before his death and then after his death, thy knew not his presence as the deity while he was in he flesh or in the spirit AS HE WALKED AMONG THEM. They knew not God. We have a greater revelation for he is in us and with us.

Jesus is our God.

QUESTIONS:
1. Who is Jesus to you, a son or God?
2. The sonship was temporal yet his fatherhood is forever. Give the scripture for this!
3. When did the sonship begin?
4. What role does Jesus play now?
5. How is Jesus with us today?

Made for More .. Working the Works of Jesus

John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day
Greater works that this shall you do. (John 14;12).

Building Authenticity in Ministry
A shifting hour…
Its time to know our Day… Healing, deliverance and salvation, the church of the living God is employed in these matters. The focus of the hour of this day, has to be emphasised. Distraction abounds and so does sin that comes along with it.  The preacher is to have no doubt about his mission and assignment, his role, Jesus said. “heal the sick cast out devils. cleanse the lepers and raise the dead.” Oh how we go for lesser things then wonder why the signs and wonders are absent. If we can focus on what is of God we can rid ourselves of both gimmicks and critics. I want the authentic! and I sure you do too!  In todays church you would think that our jobs description is up to us, no, the ministry job description is not mine to concoct, engineer, remake or adjust. The job role is clear  “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature; he that believeth and is baptised shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be damned and these signs shall follow them that believe in my name (note the condition) they shall cast out devils; Who are the one that shall cast out devils) Those that believe in the name….they shall speak in new tongues, they shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them. ( Mark 16)” Luke confirms it, “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give. “(Matt 10;8) THE GREATER WORKS…

MADE FOR MORE
Working the Works of Jesus

The works that I do bear witness of me (John 5;36),
No man can do these miracles that thou doest except God be with him (John 3:2).
As men of God we must strive to enter the narrow gate. The signs and wonders the Lord wants us to work this hour are not the lesser signs of falling down as we are ministered too, or praying for me at the altar, we have to go beyond these things and move into the realm where God does the work, the manifestation of “his” power. The supernatural must replace the normal, we have become tied to the traditional rather we should be  loosed for the supernatural. Jesus said, “Heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead” These are the works of the Lord, for these things to take place we have to let go of our ability and submit to his work ,the work of his hands, yes we must work the works, I agree but the works we are called to work are the works of God which are demonstrative of his power and manifestations of his glory, this generation is waiting to see these things. May the Lord use you today, in a new move, a demonstration of the works of his hand ….Nothing less will convince this dark, truth hating generation.

The MINISTRY of JESUS
Is OUR Ministry

A Ministry of Restoration: Miracles, their variety, Healing by a word or a touch, restoring hearing to the deaf, sight to the blind speech to the dumb. His command to us;  “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.” (Matt 10;8).
A Ministry of Deliverance: In his name and by his power. he spoke to the demons “Go” and they went out of the man and into the swine. To the paralytic “they sins be forgiven thee” (Matt9;5) To Lazarus he said “come forth.” No man can do these things unless God is with him. Deception is thus impossible. authenticity is thus evident. His command to us; John 20;23 Whoever sins ye remit they are remitted.
A Ministry of Revelation: “in him were hid all the treasures: the spirit abounded in him, in revelation and demonstration. Revelation comes from God, “He knew all things” He knew the Father and declared him, revealed him. Revelation precedes demonstration. Revelation determines revolution. Where there is no revelation of Jesus there is no demonstration of his power. We need revolution! Men with revelation see revolution. (Acts 2;23,24  Revelation; Acts 2:38,39 Revolution).
Ministry of Reconciliation: Reconciling man to God. “and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity” (Ephesians 2;16). A no prejudice ministry. “Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.” (2 Cor 5;18,19). A ministry without walls and limits. “For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity.” (Ephesians 2;24-16)

BUILDING AUTHENTICITY IN MINISTRY

Commissioned of God: “My servant whom I have chosen” (Is 42;1 ). “A living stone chosen of God and precious” (1 Peter 2;4-6 ) Finding God’s will for our life is more a matter of knowing doing God’s will in our life. The answer to this then is, do the works of Jesus, this is God’s will for us.
Qualified by the God:  “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach” (Luke 4:18).  “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the Words of God.” (John 3;34).
Approved by God. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. A man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him (Acts 2;22).
Preaching the one True God. No other name, preaching all things in his name, followed by signs and wonders in his name and persecution because of the name
Doing the works of God. Greater things that this shall ye do.

You are God’s PROPHET

For all things I have heard of the Father I have made known unto you (John 15:15).
This is important, the things of God are important. today we have prophets telling us how much money is in my bank account, and what your mothers name is, and what your telephone number is. Jesus did not come to tell you your telephone number. I already know my telephone number! These same men do not tell us of God’s attributes, rather they focus on their attributes. They never tell us Jesus is God, they reduce him to a prophet, that way they can be like him. Prophet1, major 1 ? Prophets are needed by the church and are valued by the church yet the abuse and misuse has no part in the assembly. Haughtiness, arrogance, self importance, human intelligence, artificial or human has no value among us. We need the mind of God, teach us Christ, lift up his name. We have a reputation to keep and a God to make known. Let’s keep it real!
